We are committed to delivering your products safely, efficiently, and on time. Please review the information below to understand our delivery process, timeframes, and conditions.

Free Shipping

Orders over $1,000 qualify for free shipping within Victoria (VIC).
Orders over $2,000 qualify for free shipping for the rest of Australia.

Shipping costs for orders below these thresholds are calculated at checkout. Delivery availability may vary depending on product type, stock availability, carrier availability, and location.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery location, including metro, regional, or remote areas
  • Type of goods, such as parcel, courier, or freight delivery

To estimate shipping costs, add items to your cart and enter your postcode at checkout. Trade account pricing does not include shipping unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, public holidays, remote access, weather events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.


Pre-Dispatch Product Inspection

Before any order leaves our warehouse and is handed to the driver or carrier, Liland completes a content and condition check of the goods included in the package. We check that the ordered items, accessories, and visible product condition are correct before dispatch.

This pre-dispatch inspection helps ensure orders leave us complete and in good condition. It does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if goods are damaged in transit, faulty, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee.


Shipping Methods

  • Small Items: Sent via Australia Post or courier
  • Medium Items: Reinforced courier delivery
  • Large & Bulky Items: Freight delivery on pallets or crates
Important: Large items are delivered to ground floor / kerbside only. Drivers are not required to carry goods inside, upstairs, through narrow access, or into lifts unless a separate written arrangement has been made.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email where tracking is available. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days after dispatch, please contact us.


Delivery Requirements

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access for delivery vehicles
  • Check that your delivery address, contact name, and phone number are correct before placing your order
  • Incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or unsafe access may result in redelivery, storage, or return-to-sender fees
  • Authority to Leave (ATL) is at your own risk once the carrier confirms delivery to the nominated location

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect all items as soon as possible after delivery and before installation.

  1. Check packaging and product condition
  2. Note any visible damage with the driver or carrier before signing, where possible
  3. Take clear photos of the packaging, labels, and product if there is any damage or missing item
  4. Contact us within 3 days of delivery for transit damage or shortage claims so we can promptly raise the issue with the carrier
Please do not install a product that appears damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Installing a visibly damaged or incorrect product may affect our ability to assess a transit or handling claim. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
