Currency
All retail prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Partner prices shown to approved trade accounts do not include shipping unless expressly stated. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout or quoted separately.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and receipt.
If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Payment Review
For security, fraud prevention, stock, pricing, delivery, or trade account eligibility reasons, we may review an order before dispatch. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and provide a refund for any cancelled item where payment has already been received.
