Welcome to Liland. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms do not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under Australian law.
1. About Us
Liland operates an online store supplying bathroom, kitchen, and home improvement products across Australia.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.
3. Product Information
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, finish, texture, or dimensions may occur due to manufacturing processes, natural materials, lighting, or display settings.
Minor variations that do not affect product functionality or acceptable quality do not constitute defects. Please check all dimensions, installation requirements, and inclusions before placing an order.
4. Pricing
- All retail prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change without notice
- The price shown at checkout is the purchase price for that order, subject to order acceptance
- Shipping, redelivery, storage, and return freight fees are separate unless expressly included
In the event of a genuine pricing, product, or stock error, we may contact you to correct the error, cancel the affected order, and provide a full refund for any amount paid for the cancelled item.
5. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. An order is accepted when we confirm and process it for fulfilment.

- We may accept or reject an order where permitted by law, including for stock, pricing, payment, suspected fraud, delivery, or trade account eligibility reasons
- Payment must be completed at checkout unless we have approved different written terms
6. Pre-Dispatch Product Inspection
Before any package leaves our warehouse and is handed to the driver or carrier, Liland checks the package contents and visible product condition. This includes checking that the correct items, accessories, and components are included where reasonably visible and accessible before dispatch.
This process helps ensure goods are complete and in good condition when they leave us, but it does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times and costs vary depending on location, product type, stock availability, and carrier availability. Delivery times are estimates only.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address or nominated Authority to Leave location. Please refer to our Delivery page for full details.
8. Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy allows change of mind returns within 7 days, subject to conditions. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
9. Warranty
Warranty periods vary depending on product category and product page information. Any warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our Warranty Terms page for details.
10. Trade Accounts
Trade accounts are available to approved business, trade, builder, designer, developer, and reseller customers.
To apply, you must complete the Apply for a Trade Account form on our website. After we receive your application by email, we will review and assess the information provided. If approved, we will use the email address you provided as your website login and set it up as a partner account.
Once your partner account is active, the prices shown to you when logged in on our website will be partner prices. Partner prices do not include shipping unless expressly stated. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout or quoted separately.
To formally become our trade partner, your first purchase must include 3 or more items. If your first trade account order contains fewer than 3 items, we reserve the right not to dispatch that order and to cancel and refund the amount paid, where permitted by law.
Trade account approval, partner pricing, and continued trade account access are at Liland's discretion and may be reviewed, suspended, or withdrawn where appropriate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Liland is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, product information, logos, graphics, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Liland and may not be used without permission.
13. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from the date it is published. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
