We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Australian Consumer Law Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for change of mind returns, subject to the conditions below.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, parts, and components must be included.
Items must be in resalable condition.
A 15% restocking fee applies to approved change of mind returns.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

Change of mind returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. This change of mind policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your Australian Consumer Law rights.

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for approval and return instructions before sending goods back.
Pack items securely in the original packaging.
Send items using a tracked and insured service.

Our team will usually respond within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Processing time is usually 5-10 business days after inspection, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Restocking fees, return shipping, redelivery, or storage fees may be deducted where applicable and permitted by law.

Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect, or Missing Products

All packages are checked for correct contents and visible condition before they leave our warehouse and before they are handed to the driver or carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please:

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days of delivery for transit damage or shortage claims.
Provide photos or videos of the issue, including packaging and shipping labels where relevant.
Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Do not install damaged, incorrect, or incomplete products before contacting us.

Prompt notice helps us investigate with the carrier and resolve your claim faster. However, the 3-day notice request does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, we will provide the remedy required by law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Non-Returnable Items for Change of Mind

Installed or used products.
Custom-made or special-order items.
Clearance or final sale items, unless faulty or otherwise required by law.
Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.
Items damaged after delivery due to handling, storage, installation, misuse, or neglect.

These exclusions apply to change of mind returns only and do not limit your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for change of mind, please follow the return process above. Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
