Terms of service

These terms apply to liland.com.au. “Liland”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Lunova Supply Chain Pty Ltd (ABN 54 691 411 980). Aerlume, AGKey, ATK, Hello Kitty and Friends, and KUWOOF identify product brands or ranges sold through the store; they are not the legal operator of liland.com.au.

1. Product information and availability

We aim to keep descriptions, images, prices, availability and delivery information accurate. Product colours and appearance can vary by screen. Claims about specifications, certifications, materials or performance apply only where supported by the product information or source stated on the relevant page.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may contact you before acceptance if information is incomplete, stock has changed, a price is clearly incorrect, an address cannot be serviced or fraud checks require review. If we cannot supply a paid item, we will provide an appropriate refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Optional charges are shown before payment. Payment is processed by the methods offered at checkout.

4. Shipping, returns and product support

The Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Warranty & ACL Support form part of these terms. Brand-specific change-of-mind conditions are stated in the Return & Refund Policy.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, scrape or overload services, or use the site to infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers or the store.

7. Intellectual property and third-party services

Store content, trade marks and product assets belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission. The store may link to or use third-party services governed by their own terms.

8. Changes

We may update the site and these terms prospectively. The terms displayed when an order is placed apply to that order, subject to laws that apply regardless of the terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable Australian law. Nothing here limits any right to bring a claim in a forum available under law.
