In the event of a genuine pricing, stock, product, or system error, we may correct the error, cancel an affected order, and provide a full refund for any amount paid for the cancelled item.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns & Refunds policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We have made every effort to display colours, images, dimensions, and finishes accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to screens, lighting, manufacturing, or material differences.
6. Orders, Dispatch, and Delivery
We may accept or reject orders where permitted by law, including due to stock availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or pricing errors.
Before any package leaves our warehouse and is handed to the driver or carrier, Liland completes a content and visible condition check of the goods included in the package. This inspection helps confirm that the correct items and accessories are included and that visible product condition is checked before dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk passes to you when goods are delivered to your nominated address or Authority to Leave location. Please refer to our Delivery page for further details.
7. Trade Accounts
To apply for a trade account, complete the Apply for a Trade Account form on our website. After receiving your application by email, we will assess it. If approved, we will set up the email address you provided as your partner login account.
When logged in with an approved partner account, the prices shown on our website are partner prices. Partner prices do not include shipping unless expressly stated; freight is calculated or quoted separately.
Your first purchase must include 3 or more items to formally become our trade partner. If your first trade account order contains fewer than 3 items, we reserve the right not to dispatch the order and to cancel and refund the amount paid, where permitted by law.
8. Third-Party Links
Third-party links may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, policies, products, or services of third-party websites.
9. Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability.
