Welcome to Liland. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from our store. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Store

Liland is an Australian online store selling desks and accessories (AGKey), ergonomic chairs (Aerlume), apparel (the Hello Kitty and Friends collection) and pet apparel (KUWOOF). We sell to customers within Australia. To place an order you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation, at which point a contract is formed.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order — for example for suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or bulk orders placed without prior arrangement. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.
  • Please check your order details (items, size, colour, delivery address) carefully before submitting — especially apparel and pet apparel sizes against the size charts.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Prices, products and promotions may change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout. Orders do not ship until payment has cleared.

4. Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy (conditions differ between desks/chairs, apparel, and pet apparel); and product coverage by our Warranty. Each of these forms part of these Terms.

5. Product Information

  • We take care to display products accurately, but colours can vary between screens, and minor variations in materials (wood grain, fabric dye lots) are normal characteristics, not defects.
  • Size charts are provided on apparel and pet apparel product pages — please measure before ordering.
  • Always follow the assembly instructions, rated load limits and care labels supplied with products. Pet apparel should be used under supervision.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to Liland and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. Character names, images and related trademarks featured on merchandise — including Hello Kitty and Friends — are the property of their respective owners and are used solely in connection with the sale of genuine merchandise.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, place fraudulent orders, or misuse discount codes and promotions. We may cancel orders that abuse a promotion.

8. Australian Consumer Law & Liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted at the time you place your order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
