Warranty & ACL Support

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This page explains how Liland handles product faults. It does not promise a universal “2-Year Warranty” or any other fixed period across the catalogue.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Products and services supplied by Liland are covered by consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These rights cannot be removed by a manufacturer warranty, a store policy or the expiry of a stated voluntary warranty. The appropriate remedy depends on the product or service, the nature of the problem and whether the failure is major or minor.

See the ACCC consumer rights and guarantees guidance.

2. Manufacturer or product-specific warranties

An additional manufacturer warranty applies only where a duration and terms are stated in the product documentation supplied with that model or in a verified product-specific notice on Liland. It operates in addition to ACL rights. If no verified duration is shown, Liland does not represent that a fixed voluntary warranty period applies.

AGKey desks and accessories

For an AGKey claim, provide the model, order number and evidence of the affected component. Depending on the issue, troubleshooting may cover power, handset/controller, motor, frame, hardware or desktop components. Normal wear, accidental damage, incorrect assembly, modification and use outside the instructions are not manufacturing faults, but each ACL claim is assessed on its facts.

Aerlume ergonomic chairs

For an Aerlume claim, identify the affected frame, mechanism, gas lift, caster, arm, mesh or upholstery component and provide photos or video. Wear, staining, accidental damage, misuse and unauthorised modification are not manufacturing faults. ACL rights remain available where a product does not meet a consumer guarantee.

Hello Kitty and Friends apparel

Claims may cover verified manufacturing faults such as faulty stitching, printing or fasteners. Fit preference, normal wear, washing contrary to the care instructions, alteration and accidental damage are not manufacturing faults. This does not limit ACL rights where apparel is faulty, unsafe or materially different from its description.

KUWOOF pet wear

Claims may cover verified manufacturing faults in stitching, closures or supplied components. Damage from chewing, scratching, incorrect sizing, normal wear or care contrary to instructions is not a manufacturing fault. Stop using an item if it appears unsafe and contact us.

ATK keyboards, mice and gaming peripherals

For an ATK claim, provide the model, serial number if present, and video or screenshots showing the issue. Liland may ask you to test another port/device, update verified software or reset settings before a hardware assessment. Physical damage, liquid exposure, unauthorised modification and normal wear are not manufacturing faults. Any extra ATK manufacturer warranty applies only where supplied documentation states it.

Installation services

Installation services are covered by applicable ACL service guarantees. Report a service issue with the order number, installation date and clear details so Liland can assess and rectify it where required.
