Liland is operated by Lunova Supply Chain Pty Ltd (ABN 54 691 411 980). This policy explains how we handle personal information, including where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles apply.

1. Information we collect

  • identity and contact details, including name, email, phone and delivery/billing address;
  • order, payment status, product, return, warranty and support records;
  • account and marketing preferences;
  • device, browser, IP, cookie and site-usage information;
  • information you submit through forms, calls, emails, reviews or support messages.

Payment providers process full card or wallet credentials. Liland does not intentionally store full card numbers.

2. Why we use it

We use personal information to operate the store, process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, meet legal and tax duties, improve the site, and send marketing only where permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

3. Who receives it

Information may be shared only as reasonably needed with Shopify and other hosting providers, payment and fraud providers, carriers, installation or service partners, analytics providers, professional advisers and authorities where legally required. These providers handle information under their own obligations and terms.

4. Overseas handling

Some service providers may handle information outside Australia, including in Canada and the United States, and in other locations described in their current privacy notices. Provider locations can change. Email us for current information relevant to your request.

5. Cookies and analytics

Shopify and enabled services use essential cookies for checkout, security and preferences. Analytics or marketing technologies should operate according to the consent choices made through the store’s privacy controls where required.

6. Access, correction and deletion requests

Email info@liland.com.au to request access to or correction of personal information, or to ask about deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

7. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and retain information only for business and legal needs. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Privacy complaints

Send a privacy complaint to info@liland.com.au with enough detail for us to investigate. We will acknowledge and assess it within a reasonable time and explain the outcome or any further information needed. If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
