Shipping policy

Liland ships across Australia from our Sydney and Melbourne warehouses. The full policy is on our Shipping Policy page — the key points:

Delivery Area

  • We ship within Australia only — no international shipping.
  • Large items (desks, chairs) are delivered by freight to street addresses only — no PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Some remote and island postcodes may not be serviceable; we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
  • Small parcels (apparel, pet apparel, accessories) ship with Australia Post and can go to PO Boxes and parcel lockers.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (no dispatch on weekends or public holidays).
  • Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra: 2–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Perth, Hobart, Darwin and regional areas: 4–9 business days. Remote areas: up to 12 business days.
  • These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders, including desks and chairs.

Tracking & Large Deliveries

  • A tracking link is emailed at dispatch; allow up to 24 hours for it to activate.
  • Desks may arrive as multiple cartons on different days — please wait for all cartons before starting assembly.
  • Freight is door-to-door: drivers are not required to carry items upstairs, place them in rooms, or assemble them. Someone 18+ should be present to receive.

Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

  • Contact us as soon as possible to change an address — we cannot redirect after dispatch. Re-delivery caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout is at your cost.
  • Refused change-of-mind deliveries have actual outbound and return shipping costs deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Missing on Arrival

Report transit damage, faults or missing cartons within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos — see our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty.
